Automatic Pillow Winding up Production Line (ZXJ-787)
Working principle:
Firstly open the raw polyester fiber, then delivered by fan motor to cotton feeder, after carding machine, cross lapping, cutting machine, control each pillow's weight, then fill rolled waddings into pillow cases.
ZXJ-787 pillow rolling production line is the 5th generation pillow filling machine, new invented in China.The finished pillows are good looking, flat and rich at each pillow case corner, not be out of shape.
