Theory of Operation:
Begin the process by coarsely opening the materials and delivering them to the opening machine. Here, chemical fibers are meticulously opened and loosened. These fibers are then carefully transported to the cotton basket using a blower fan. Adjust the fix-quantity to suit your specific requirements. The down filler is seamlessly loaded into the pillowcase with the help of a blower fan. Simultaneously, the shaker flaps the pillow to ensure it becomes and remains well-proportioned, plump, and resistant to shape changes.
