The non-glue cotton production line is mainly used to produce hot-melt flocculent non-woven fabrics such as non-glue cotton and hard cotton. Its core process includes raw material preparation, opening and mixing, carding and web formation, cross-laying, hot air drying and trimming and winding. 1. Core process flow
Raw material preparation

Main material: polyester staple fiber (1.5-2.78D, length 31-51mm) mixed with ES low-melting point fiber 1, some production lines are compatible with polyester, polypropylene, recycled fiber and natural fiber

Pretreatment: Precise proportioning of multiple fibers is achieved through electronic weighing mixer
Opening and mixing

Equipment: Pre-opener, fine opener, vibrating cotton feeder.
Function: Preliminary loosening of fiber bundles, removal of metal impurities, and uniform feeding through photoelectric control cotton box

Combing into web

Equipment: Single cylinder double doffer combing machine (cylinder diameter 1230-1500mm)

Function: High-speed combing makes the fibers evenly distributed, equipped with random rollers and frequency conversion speed regulation to enhance the strength of the fiber web 3.
Cross-lapping

Equipment: Cross-lapping machine (lapping width 2200-3800mm)

Hot air drying
