HMJ-3000 Polyester Fiber Mixing Machine
The fiber mixing machine is used to mix the different raw material -polyester fiber evenly, intensivemixing before delivered to cotton feeding machine.
Specifications:
The fiber after rough opening will be delivered by blower through pipes. There has a different fiber separator on the top of the cotton mixer. Then the fiber falls like snow day into fiber storage silo. The fiber in storage silo will be stored, mixed to make the fiber which falls in storage silo in different time but it will be catched by oblique lattice at the same time. Then the fiber after average roller and beater will be delivered to next reserve box for next procedure.

Lattice part is made of conveyor flat lattice and nail lattice, each is controlled by two reducer.
Also it has frequency control electricity control system and nail lattice motor with frequency control according to different capacity request.
