Uses and characteristics:
The stiff waddings produced by this machine unit is replacement of sponge, used for exclusive mattress, sofa cushion, tatami, filtering material and acoustic feltetc. The stiff waddings dryer adopts stainless steel chain plate structure. Ensuring the smoothness and flatness of product surface. The finished product is sophisticated bedding mattress, cushion, couch cushion, tatami, filtering.
1. Production raw materials: Polyester short fiber, polyester hollow short fiber, low melting point two compositions synthesized fiber and wool natural fiber and etc., and the general specifications are 3~25d× 51~76 mm.
2. Production technology: A proportion of polyester short fiber, polyester hollow short fiber (or wool natural fiber) and low melting point to synthesize the fiber and etc., after loosing, it is formed to the fiber net with certain thickness and processed with the forming dryer.
3. Product features: The product has sound ventilation, thermal insulation, light weight and sound absorption, high elasticity, aging resistance, washing resistance and innocuity and clean.
4. Product applications: The material is widely used in filtration materials of the industrial field, soft body sound absorption material and bed articles, clothes auxiliary materials, touring articles, touring articles, toy cotton, soft cotton and etc.
5. Product raw materials proportion: In general circumstances, the two composition low melting point fiber (4080) 4d× 51 15-25%. Polyester hollow short fiber 6d× 51-65 40-50%. Polyester short fiber 6d× 51-65 30-40%.
