HFC-700-A Pillow Filling Machine

It is primarily suitable for opening and processing chemical fiber materials. It fills pillow cores, cushions, seat cushions, etc. with cotton through a fan, ensuring safety and reliability. From feeding the material into the opening and combing process to the filling and shaping of the pillow core, it is automatically completed in one operation. The fiber filling is uniform, smooth, and natural. The hand feel is even, with no empty corners. Production is uninterrupted. The filling volume can be adjusted according to requirements, and the bag opening is automatically controlled by an air cylinder.

The filled pillow cores are uniform and plump, with an aesthetic appearance. The quantitative error is less than or equal to 100g per piece. It requires minimal investment, offers high efficiency, and is easy to operate. Equipped with a frequency converter, it has an hourly output of 50~60 kilograms, operates on a 380V voltage, and boasts a total power of 6.5kW.
