Features:
Used to process non-glue wadding,spray bonded wadding, stiff/hard
wadding, needle punching felt, non-woven fabrics, linoleum cloth and
other products to make surface smooth, flat, and increase its quality and
toughness.
The machine has two kinds of structure: two roller vertical or three roller
vertical . Electrical heating, or heat conduction oil boiler heating.
The main frame is welded by high quality carbon steel plate. The lower
roller is fixed, the upper roller is manually raised and lowered (three rollers
vertical by cylinder control lift up or down), the adjustment range is
0-100mm.
Hot roller Ø400mm, roller length 2800mm, the surface of fine grinding hard
chrome plating


Surface temperature 140-230 degrees can be adjustable.
The main drive adopts variable frequency speed control motor with worm
gear reduction drive
