KBJ-2+ZXJ-380-A Bale Opener and Pillow Filling Machine

  Can be opened to process ultrafine fibers, including 0.7D~15D and 32~64MM synthetic materials. Automatic and uniform feeding of the charter machine. Firstly, the packaged chemical fiber raw materials are subjected to rough opening and loosening treatment by the opening machine, and then evenly transported to the opening machine for cotton loosening; Transfer the loosened chemical fibers to the feeding bin by the fan; Finally, the raw materials are filled into the pillowcase through the filling port using a fan. At the same time, the pillow core is evenly beaten by a vibrating worktable to make the product more uniform, full, and able to maintain long-term looseness without deformation.
