2, the main machine frame is welded with good quality carbonsteel board. The lower roll is fixed and the upper roll can be adjusted up and down by manual worm, adjustable range: 0-100mm.
3, finishing roll: ø 400mm, length: 2800mm, the surface is accurate ground with hard plating.
4, surface temperature: 140-230degree, adjustable.
5, main transmission adopts speed regulating motor worm speed reduce transmission
6, line speed: 6000-15000m/min
7, heating power: 18kw(each roll adopts nine groups electric heating pipes of 3kw for heating)
8, transmission power: 36kw
9, width: 2000-4400mm
